1. About this website
This website is operated by Anna Hobbs, trading as Secoya Therapy ("I", "me"). By using the site you agree to these terms.
2. Not advice, and not an emergency service
The content of this website is general information about my counselling practice. It is not medical, psychological or legal advice, and reading it does not create a therapeutic relationship between us. A therapeutic relationship begins only when we have spoken, agreed to work together and completed a counselling agreement.
This is a solo private practice and not an emergency service. If you need urgent help, contact Samaritans on 116 123 (free, 24/7), NHS 111 (option 2), or call 999 in an emergency.
3. Bookings, fees and cancellations
Sessions are £55 per 50 minutes, payable by bank transfer before or on the day of the session. Please give 48 hours' notice of cancellation where possible so the time can be offered to someone else. Full terms are agreed in the counselling agreement before we begin.
4. Intellectual property
The content, photography and logo on this site belong to Anna Hobbs / Secoya Therapy unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without permission.
5. External links
Links to other websites (such as charities and professional bodies) are provided in good faith; I am not responsible for their content.
6. Liability
I take care to keep this website accurate and available, but provide it "as is" and cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
